Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached. The following conditions must also be met:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is not damaged, altered, or used
  • The item is not a final sale or clearance item

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dunesa.shop with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item. We will respond to your email within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@dunesa.shop and we will investigate further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@dunesa.shop with a photo of the issue and we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
